Return/Refund Policy

It is extremely important to us that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.  We will accept returns for any reason, in the condition which you received them, within 14 days of your receipt of your order.  This excludes marked down fabrics from the clearance section. We will refund the full amount of your fabric purchase, less the cost of shipping.  In the rare occurrence that the fabric you received is damaged or is the wrong SKU, we will refund the cost of shipping as well.  Since the fabrics we sell are excess pieces that are left at the end of the rolls we process for our wholesale line, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to send a replacement.  However, if a replacement piece is available, we will send that to you at no charge for shipping.   Please email our office sales@fabricmerchants.com within 72 hours of receipt of your order to initiate the return process.  Include your order number and the reason for your return.  Once we receive your return, we will process your refund back to your original form of payment.

Please Note: Any fabric that has been cut, washed or otherwise altered, will not be eligible for a refund.
